    • Juice of ½ a lemon

    • A pinch of cayenne pepper optional
    • Fresh mint leaves optional
    • ½ teaspoon psyllium husk fiber optional

    Instructions

    1. Bring 2 cups of water to a near boil.
    2. Add butterfly pea flowers and yerba mate tea to the hot water and steep for 5 minutes.
    3. Strain the mixture to remove solid ingredients.
    4. Stir in camu camu powder and ginger extract (or grated ginger).
    5. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and mix well.
    6. Let the tea cool slightly before adding apple cider vinegar.
    7. If desired, stir in raw honey for sweetness.
    8. Drink warm or let cool and pour over ice for a refreshing version.
